We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, and Maestro credit and debit cards. Please note that we do not accept any other methods of payment apart from those listed above.

Your personal online security is very important to us. At Lauren Adriana we use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Sage Pay.

You may only ship to one address per order. You will need to place separate orders for each address if your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations.

Please allow a maximum of 5 working days for the delivery of your item if it is shown as in stock. Please allow 28 days if the item must be ordered. All Lauren Adriana purchases arrive in our signature indigo leather box with coral velvet lining, and are stamped with our hallmark. During the holiday season and Valentines, our boxes are placed in a black outer box, and tied with a coral ribbon. Should your purchase be for a special event out of season, please email us at customercare@laurenadriana.com to arrange personalized wrapping or a gift message.

Lauren Adriana ships worldwide. The prices for international shipping are made clear at checkout as well as being available below. However, should you have any further questions please email customercare@laurenadriana.com.

Your delivery option will be pre-selected based on the delivery address you provide. Please note that items over £1500 cannot be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery within the United Kingdom and will be sent by DHL instead. This is due to the insurance value of the item/items. Delivery options: UK Standard Delivery (Royal Mail): £7.50 - Next working day. EU Priority Delivery (FedEx): £45 - 1 to 4 working days. Worldwide Delivery - Non EU (FedEx): £55 -  1 to 4 working days.

All your items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Lauren Adriana to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the given delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by our insurance.

Due to the value of the goods that we sell, we require proof of delivery for all orders. Therefore we are unable to permit packages to be delivered without a signature.

You may return an item for an exchange or refund within 7 days of purchase. Over the Christmas period our policy is extended, and any orders placed between November 14th and December 24th can be returned until January 13th.

We require that items be returned new, unused and in the box provided. We reserve the right to refuse merchandise that is not received in the above-specified conditions. To ensure that your return is adequately protected in transit, we recommend you send your items back to us in the original packaging.

You must email us to request a returns form within 7 days of delivery and the goods must be returned within 7 days of receiving the returns form. Please fill in the returns form and enclose it with the item you are sending back. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of Lauren Adriana and may only be refunded as a store credit. For exchanges, the same rules apply, except you will be emailed a store credit form. Please note, we do not offer free returns, and delivery charges will not be refunded. Personalised or custom-made goods cannot be returned.

After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received.

Your card will only be debited at time of dispatch. In the instance that any of the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you by email and will only charge your credit card for the value of the items in stock.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to add items to an existing order. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) and place a new order that contains all the items you require.

At Lauren Adriana we understand the importance of finding the perfect ring. All our diamonds are conflict free and stones over 0.50ct come with a certificate of authentication from the Gemmological Institute of America. Our settings can be scaled to fit most size stones and shapes.
